André has over 24 years of experience as leader and C-Level executive in telecommunications and digital businesses with special expertise in business development, marketing, product and services, e-commerce as well as commercial and technological transformations

He has an extensive background in international operational leadership roles in Europe. Prior to his last role as CEO of Capita Experience Germany, André was Vice President Digital Products & Services and e-Commerce at BMW Group and Managing Director at AutoScout24. Also, André held several leadership positions at Deutsche Telekom / T-Mobile International and was a Managing Director of Hutchison Telecom.  He began his career as a consultant and business developer in telecommunications.

André holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Kfm.) from University of Münster (WWU) and attended executive trainings at Harvard University.

He speaks English and German. André and his family live near Munich, Germany and he enjoys kickboxing, kiteboarding and traveling.
