Christoph has 25+ years of experience in organizational development and leadership, growth management, digital transformation and tech management.

He has held a broad array of executive positions in the tech industry incl. GM and CPO at PayPal / eBay Germany, COO and CFO at Blacklane and COO at unu. Throughout his career Christoph has led businesses in very different situations from hypergrowth through internationalization and operational efficiency to turnaround transformation. He began his career with McKinsey & Co.

Christoph holds an MSc. in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration (Dipl. Wi.-Ing.) and MA in History from Technical University Berlin. He has also completed several further educations in psychology, organizational development and coaching.

He is fluent in German and English and speaks Spanish and French. Berlin, Germany is the hometown of Christoph and his family. There he practices all kinds of ball sports and enjoys the cinematic offering.
