Cyril has over 15 years of experience in growth strategy, commercial excellence, commercial and digital transformations, and M&A. He worked with clients in the financial services (incl. fin-tech), TMT, aerospace & defense sectors.

In over seven years with McKinsey & Co, ultimately as Associate Partner, Cyril has led client engagements in Europe and the Middle East. He held executive roles at Credit Suisse and Zurich Insurance where he led worldwide growth initiatives, commercial and digital transformations. This included re-defining Go-to-Market (GTM) models, product portfolio redesign, relaunching commercial operations and introducing performance management systems. He supported fin-tech, AI and blockchain start-ups as a consultant to build and accelerate their business. Before starting his career as a consultant and executive Cyril has been a senior officer in the French Navy.

Cyril holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc. in Engineering from the French Naval Academy, and a BA in Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also has an Artificial Intelligence Professional Certificate from Stanford University.

His mother tongue is French, and he speaks English and German. Cyril lives in Zug, Switzerland. He enjoys mountain activities, photography, and spending time with friends.
