Richard has over 20 years of top management consulting experience in Pricing and Commercial Excellence and is a former Partner at Simon-Kucher.

He started his career with Simon-Kucher & Partners where he served clients across sectors including industrial, engineering&technology and business services clients. He opened their Warsaw office and was the Managing Partner of the CEE region.

Richard is a frequent industry event speaker and university lecturer (e.g., Vienna University of Economics and Business Wien, Estonia Business School, CA Controller Academy) and holds a Magister in Commerce (equals MBA) from the WU Vienna. He also studied at Lincoln University (New Zealand) and Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Originally from Vienna, his home base has been Warsaw, Poland for many years where he lives with his family. Richard speaks English, German, Polish and Russian and enjoys alpine skiing and exploring the world outside of business lounges.
