Torsten has over 20 years of experience in growth strategy, commercial transformations, sales & marketing effectiveness, pricing and M&A.

He has a C-level background and deep hands-on leadership experience. As CEO he led the mid-sized Med-tech & LifeScience company Möller Medical into a new growth phase by i.a. upgrading the commercial organization and entering new markets. At Carl Zeiss Meditec he directed the sales organizations in rapidly growing markets incl. China, India, Brazil, Mexico and led the Global Commercial Strategy & Operations on group level. He started his career at Sempora Management Consulting in Bad Homburg and was a Project Leader in Simon-Kucher & Partners' Technology and Industry Practice.

Torsten holds an MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration (Dipl. Wi.-Ing.) from University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and studied at INP Grenoble (France).

He speaks English, German, and French. Torsten lives in the Frankfurt area and is an active sportsman, playing tennis and enjoying water and alpine sports.
