Xuehai has more than 15 years background as management consultant and executive with expertise in Transformative Value Creation (both top line and bottom line, both organic and inorganic) for Private Equity portfolio companies with a focus on APAC.

Xuehai is internationally experienced with deep understanding of Western and Asian culture, with a special focus on Asian growth strategy and has helped numerous portfolio companies in terms of executing their Asian strategy.

He has been on CRO, Interim CEO, Head of Transformation, Head of PMO roles at multiple PE portfolio companies, and previously, Xuehai was a project manager at McKinsey & Co.

Xuehai holds MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in the USA, MSc. In Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France and a BSc. in Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnic University in China.
